Schedule
Starts : 7 : 00am - 8 : 00am
Ends : 3 : 30pm - 5 : 00pm
Pay rate : $20 - 25 / hr.
Daily tasks include preparing and issuing paychecks, calculating payroll-related taxes and deductions, understanding of wage orders, and ensuring that employees are paid on time.
The Payroll Specialist may also need to review and respond to questions regarding employee hours, sick leave, and vacation time.
Qualifications :
- Five years of payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding payroll transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Competency in Excel and other Microsoft products
