Pay Rates : Based on Experience, $16-22 / hr

Shifts Available :

  • Monday to Thursday, 4 : 30 PM - 3 : 00 AM
  • Friday, 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Utilize various measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and optical comparators to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Conduct functional and performance tests on products to confirm compliance with design specifications.
  • Document inspection results, maintain records, and generate comprehensive inspection reports.
  • Identify and report non-conforming products, assisting in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a quality inspector within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards, inspection techniques, and measurement tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and deviations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software for data entry and report generation.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is advantageous.
