The Customer Service Representative will answer live chats, service forms, emails, and phone calls from customers regarding exchanges, warranties, delivery issues, and any other customer service and retention-related inquiries. This position will also require promptly receiving and responding to website inquiries and complaints. The Customer Service Representative will interpret customer concerns and defuse difficult situations by determining the best action to resolve issues while upholding company/vendor policies. Qualified candidates will have one year or more of call center-related experience.
