Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the PVF industry.
• Ability to interpret industry specifications, charts, and tables.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate various equipment.
• Independent worker with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

As the Warehouse Supervisor of the Pipe Yard Receiving Department, my role is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, focusing on efficient handling of materials. This involves managing the verification, receipt, and stocking processes, while also delegating tasks to department leads and staff. Upholding a clean and safe work environment is paramount.
Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining operational equipment such as forklifts, pickers, and cranes to ensure functionality.
• Facilitating communication among department supervisors, upper management, and other departments via email.
• Managing daily operational reports to gauge workload and coordinating overtime when necessary.
• Collaborating with Sales to address requests, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues.
• Coordinating with Sales/Imports regarding inbound shipments and material discrepancies.
• Processing inbound shipments and providing training on company processes and procedures.
• Participating in production meetings to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervising receiving personnel and ensuring efficient organization and operation of the team.
