Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $26.44 per hour

Requirements

• HR certification (ex. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
• Working knowledge of current labor laws (federal, state, and local) and HR industry standards.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.

Human Resources Generalist tasks include informing other staff members of HR issues, responding to employee questions regarding personnel policies, benefit coverage, and other HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with current labor laws, determining training needs, performing benefits coordinator tasks, posting open positions for the company, overseeing employee onboarding, processing workers' compensation reports, mentoring other supervisors, managing all leaves of absence, and other duties as assigned.
