Staffmark is working with a global logistics company that is seeking an Import/Export Administrative Coordinator in Portland, OR to join their growing team. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (4 days in office; 1 day remote) Pay rate: $23 - $26/hr. (Depending on experience) Essential FunctionsResponsible for implementing, supporting, and monitoring customer activities within the department, including rating shipments and managing storage. Duties involve daily communication with the overseas team, requiring exceptional customer service skills, handling quality agreements, billing, and service agreements, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed. Qualifications: 3 years of customer service required or 3 years administrative/customer service combination. Our Benefits Include
