Pay : $25-35 / hr

Shift : Monday-Thursday, 8 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 am

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform maintenance functions across the entire plant, including general masonry, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding, and building maintenance.

You will be responsible for installing and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, carrying out repairs, conducting diagnostic analysis, and handling complex electrical controls.

Additionally, you will wire complicated electrical equipment, such as automatic controls, and conduct diagnostic analysis on multiple numerical control systems.

This role requires you to review and understand diagrams, sketches, and manuals, perform general construction maintenance as needed, and utilize maintenance tools while keeping the work area clean.

Adhering to all safety rules and wearing the required safety equipment is essential.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred
• Proficient in using precision instruments and reading blueprints
• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to train and mentor junior maintenance personnel
• 8-10 years of electrical or maintenance experience in an industrial setting preferred
• Effective communication skills with department supervisors
• Capability to assume operations in the absence of a supervisor
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to escalate errors to management
• Ability to stand for long periods, work with arms extended above shoulder level, climb ladders, and work at different heights
• Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60 lbs
