Schedule | 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday (overtime on Friday)
Pay rate | $20 - 22/hr.

Paint / Assembly Lead essential tasks:

• Train and coach associates on proper paint application and assembly procedures.
• Create, maintain, and display associates' daily task schedule.
• Provide training on daily performance reporting and ensure received production tickets are correct.
• Audit Associates work for production and quality standards.
• Review completed part travelers for accuracy and complete paint/assembly operations in JobBOSS.
• Provide feedback to the Finishing Coordinator regarding associate performance.
• Ensure daily 5S activities are maintained.
• Performs Paint-Assembly Level II requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have a high level of attention to detail and powder coating experience.
