Schedule : 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm, mandatory overtime Mon-Fri
Pay rate : $24 - 25 / / hr.
Warehouse Lead essential functions :
The candidate must be a licensed forklift operator with experience using an electric pallet jack and at least two years of prior warehouse or distribution experience, including six months in a leadership or supervisory role.
Must be able to train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers, safely operate equipment like clamp / slip sheet, and manage the loading, unloading, and storing of materials.
Responsibilities include shipping / tracking, safety inspections, efficient communication, ensuring product rotation, and being a versatile backup for other warehouse roles.
