Requirements

• Colorado or Compact RN License
• BLS
• Bachelor's degree Nursing, required (will not accept LCSW for this role)
• 3 years overall acute care HCM
• 2 years in case management leadership in an acute care setting
• Previous HCA experience highly preferred
