Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive Aftermarket and Service growth strategy.
- Utilize best practices in ecommerce, digital marketing, CRM, and sales/channel management
- Conduct a market analysis, identify competitive threats and develop mitigation actions as countermeasures.
- Prospect, develop and close business with new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets for both Aftermarket and Service.
- Regularly travel to perform customer consultations to determine needs and solutions and obtain VOC used to identify new products and services. Travel up to 50%.
- Prepare and give value-based technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work and the impact to their facilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset approach to drive category growth.
- Demonstrated experience using ecommerce, CRM, and digital marketing to drive business growth.
- 8 years Sales, Marketing, Product Management or other relevant experience in a technical B2B company
