Details:

• Sewing/Mantle Maker
• Terre Haute
• Day Shift
• $14-$15/hr
• No Weekends!

Responsibilities or job duties:

• Operate and maintain sewing machines, hand sewing and related equipment
• Fabricate and sew material according to specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Operate machinery/equipment required to fabricate parts and products to specifications
• Operate powder coating equipment
• Use hand tools as required to fabricate parts to specifications
• Clean machinery, tools, fixtures and work area as instructed
• Fabricate crates and boxes as needed

Qualifications:

• Basic reading, math and writing skills
• Sewing experience is required
• Able to sit for up to 8 hours
• Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of sewing machine operation and maintenance
