Administrative Assistant
PAY: $15.00 - $17.50/hr
Schedule Monday-Friday 8am - 5
SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Director of Facilities and Business Operations and for-profit business operations of the agency.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or one-year related experience and/or training required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling & monitoring inspections & testing for compliance
Managing updates to the Alternatives Industry website
Maintaining supply inventory for production, assigned programs, and departments
Preparing & monitoring sales orders, shippers, and invoices to facilities and production
Tracking & reconciling technical sales reports
Assisting in preparing & completing reports needed for board reports & QER reports
Attend meetings and records meeting minutes
Maintaining facilities software platforms for efficiency
Maintaining filing for maintenance and business operations including document storage, agency inspection documents, and purging files for retention
