Staffworks Group is hiring Experience Automotive Quality Inspectors in Euclid, OH. In this position you must have previous machining experience .
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of non-destructive testing techniques . Our client has 75 plus years of experience in producing precision hardened metal bushings that are supported by the equipment they utilize.
Weekly Pay, Referral Bonus
Shift : 1 st Shift 7 am 3 : 30 pm
Pay Rate : $19- $25 an hour Based on Experience
Requirements :
- Must be able to inspect tolerance product from print and enter data
- Must have machining experience
- Must have knowledge of GD&T REQUIRED
- Must be able to set up and use various gages utilizing granite plate inspection
- Must know how to read Micrometers, Calipers, Depth Mics, Gage Blocks, Height Gages, Bore Gages and other hand measuring tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to read blue prints , set up and use bore gaging, height stands, indicators, calipers, micrometers, snap gages, gage blocks and inspect devices
- Must have knowledge of gage calibration and knowledge of ISO 9000
- Must have knowledge of precision machining and OD and ID grinding
