Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and material handling, including the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and organize materials
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials within the warehouse
- Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Proficiency in using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of materials handling best practices
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 – 52 per week
