Responsibilities
- Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance existing practices and establish new ones
- Show commitment to business development by growing and maintaining a significant book of business
- Engage in high-stakes insurance defense cases and provide exceptional service to clients
- Collaborate with Big Law firms as adversaries and co-counsel
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in NY, NJ, or Philadelphia (additional admissions considered a plus)
- Proven track record of generating new clients and substantial business
- Strong network within the legal community
- Experience in insurance defense preferred
- Competitive starting salary: $200k-$250k
- Potential for up to $300k for candidates with a book of business close to $1mm
- Additional 25% generation credit on top of base salary
