Job Description:
The Social Media Intern will be instrumental in enhancing our digital footprint and engaging with our fitness-focused community. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness and social media, with a flair for creating compelling content and a keen interest in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Collaborate on social media campaigns to promote our fitness equipment and related content.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and brand-aligned posting.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering positive interactions.
- Stay on top of social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to boost engagement and follower growth.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Assist with creating content related to fitness equipment, including product highlights and workout tips.
Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Fitness, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with an eye for creating visually appealing and engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar) is a plus.
