Stage 4 Solutions Inc is Hiring an IT Project Manager (ServiceNow, Agile) (Hybrid, Harrisburg, PA) Near Harrisburg, PA
This contract position is long-term with funding approved until 6/30/2025 and further extensions are likely with funding approved every 12 months. This position is mostly remote, 40-hour/week, with onsite office visits the first week for orientation and whenever in-person collaboration is needed at our client’s offices located in Harrisburg PA. The chosen candidate will need to report onsite for equipment pick-up. The preferred candidates MUST reside within a 2-hour reasonable commute, locally in the Harrisburg, PA area.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities
- Use proven project and program management methods to plan, execute, and implement large IT initiatives.
- Builds and sustains stakeholder relationships that span IT, agencies, and client’s business partners.
- Leverages agile SDLC framework to deliver continuous, incremental value.
- Supports leadership team with project governance via business case, project charter, and decision-making based on trade-offs, change management, and issue & risk management.
- Presents to senior executives and facilitates large meetings as needed.
- Employs standard, well-structured work planning to define scope, activities, resource needs, quality, issues, risks, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinates and conducts project review meetings with business stakeholders, BAs, SMEs, platform architects, and developers.
- 10 years of experience in IT project management
- 3 years of experience in agile software development leadership
- Experience in Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office suite
- Experience in ServiceNow Platform
- Scrum, PMP, ITIL, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
