Stage 4 Solutions Inc is Hiring a Software Engineer (Python/Golang) (Hybrid - Houston, TX) Near Houston, TX
This is a 40-hour-per-week, 12-month contract (possibility of extensions). This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K offered.
Responsibilities
- Weekly status report required – Provide client with progress against agreed schedule.
- Perform all necessary design and code reviews with the client’s employee.
- Meet mutually agreed fix needed by dates for app service defects.
- Defect simulation, analysis and defect fixing.
- Check-in source code changes to the defined repository.
- Provide POC and Demonstrations to clients to help finalize requirements.
- Source code check-in at Houston repository, code review sheet, defect database update with relevant information and updated user documentation.
- Communicate issues/requirements via a defined defect tracking system and e-mail.
- Follow current coding standards; document, communicate, and implement in a timely fashion any required enhancements that are discovered during development, test, and integration – these changes are to be applied while enabling common source sharing.
- Experience in Python/Python Microservices and Golang in global B2B High Tech companies.
- Experience in Linux.
- Experience in SQL (MSSQL/MariaDB).
- Experience in REST API, Docker/Containerization.
- Experience in OAuth2/OpenID is preferred.
