**Job Summary:**
We are a home staging company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the whole team and work directly with the owner to ensure operations run smooth.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform computerized data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide customer service and support to clients.
- Handle order entry and process customer orders accurately.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping.
- Conduct accurate proofreading of documents and correspondence.
- Perform general office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
- Assisting with prepping orders for the day and inventory of products.
**Skills:**
- Proficient in computerized data entry and office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documents.
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
- Experience in customer support activities is a plus.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is beneficial.
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
