Attorney - General Litigation (Commercial, Real Estate, Construction Litigation)

Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co. LPA is seeking an attorney to join our growing litigation practice area in our Hyde Park location.

The successful candidate must exhibit a "client first" approach to the practice of law.

Preferred experience or knowledge in general litigation including:

• Business litigation
• Real Estate litigation
• Construction litigation
• Creditor's Rights and Collections
• Homeowners & Condominium Associations
• Corporate governance and management litigation
• Licensed to practice in Ohio
• Juris Doctorate degree required
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
