Find out more about Stahls’ & Hotronix: Qualifications What you'll be doing: Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; maintaining workstation. The Technical Customer Service Representative is responsible for the coordination of customer orders through the appropriate client service and production channels. Technical Customer Service Reps interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Effectively communicates and executes the client’s request in a timely manner. The position will communicate with both internal and external customers. There is moderate responsibility for decision making, involving evaluation of information. Such decisions must be made in response to changing conditions and often require developing or applying alternative methods. Such interpretive decisions may also involve determining when something will be done or prioritizing tasks for others.
What we are looking for:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Great Plains, CorelDraw, and Illustrator a plus.
  • Active Listening- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting an inappropriate time.

  • Accurately preforming all essential duties and responsibilities.
  • Processing of on-time work orders for assigned customer
  • Processing of customer orders error-free
  • Processing of automated and manual orders; effectively communicating with both internal and external customers relating to order requests; emails, etc.
  • Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
  • Maintains and generates documents in Microsoft Word; Excel; and or the integrated network system.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
  • System review client backorders/cancellations/un-posted invoices.
  • Inventory Management, Invoicing, and Returns/credit issuance.
  • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders.
  • Gathering necessary details to process customer purchase orders creating and production specification sheets to ensure error-free work; customer approval process; purchasing and receipt of garments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products
  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
  • Works with clients to process returns and replacements; processing credits for parts, machines, & shipping.
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation, as well as updating customer information.
  • Assist clients with shipping quotes and updating shipping information.
  • Process order entry and parts check in for client interactions.
  • Maintains excel spreadsheets and filing.
  • Provides support with reports and tracking trends.
  • Works as reserve to all admin duties and responsibilities.
