Our Client Success Consultants are the oil in the machine that allows our fast-paced company to continue to grow. Client Consultants must be resilient and tenacious as they are tasked with developing and enhancing relationships with clients to whom they communicate the value of our industry-leading artificial intelligence software. CSC will help craft our customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with the Leisure team to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. RequirementsWhat you'll do:
Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including implementation, training, adoption and retention.
Establish relationships as a trusted advisor and serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices.
Collaborate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth
Prepare actionable performance data for individual and enterprise clients; analyze trends to identify areas for improvement
Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies
Partner with new clients to adopt our software and promote utilization through increased performance
Work alongside Team Leadership and Account Executives to complete high-level and long-term projects
Generate additional revenue opportunities for our sales team to continue to expand our client base
Visit our clients to help implement our solutions in their workflow
Our Ideal Candidates
2-5 years of Client Success Experience.
Have previous Automotive industry experience or comparable work experience managing customers’ book of business
Are analytical and have a process-oriented mindset
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Are flexible and innovative thinkers
Have a willingness for client-based travel up to 50% (10-12 business days / month)
Are competitive and driven to overcome new challenges
