Job Description Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic individual to serve as Director, Category Management - Product and Service Line Excellence. The Director-PSLE will develop, simplify, standardize, and strengthen the Modular Space Products and Services that Stallion offers; assuring that we continually sharpen product and service performance, exceed our customers' needs and swiftly create value for our stakeholders. The incumbent is a subject matter expert (SME) in the Product and Service Line with recognized in-depth knowledge of the market, suppliers, functionality, operations, regulatory and industry issues. The Director-PSLE leads a functional excellence team of Stallion's stakeholders to ensure rapid exchange of information, problem solving and leveraging expertise across the company. The role is accountable for the full life cycle of Stallion's assets that support the Modular Space portfolio. Role Priorities / Responsibilities:
Manage Stallion's Modular Space Fleet across the enterprise (optimize utilization and assignments)
Lead asset refurbishment center in Decatur, TX, Casper, WY and repair activities in locations across the enterprise
Modular Space Product and Service Line - subject matter expertise in:
Strategy and Planning
Procurement
Service Quality and Continuous Improvement
Innovation and Renewal
Total cost of Ownership modelling
Economic Evaluation
Maintenance and refurbishment planning
Life cycle milestones
Regulatory landscape
Environmental, Social and Governance impacts
Provide Subject Matter Expertise to:
Sales and Marketing Department
Logistics Department
Maintenance Department
Connected Telemetry Department
Maintain supplier relationships
Provide Market Intelligence and knowledge sharing
Succeed in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Leverage/lead network of Stallion's SMEs
Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field or over 10 years of industry recognized Subject Matter Expertise
The ability to work in a teamwork environment
Networking with industry stakeholders and leaders
Superior communication expertise (oral and written)
Analytical, fact-based decision making

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, Education or Certifications Require:
Working knowledge of Procurement / Supply Chain processes, procedures, practices & techniques.
Familiarity with supplier and operator business drivers
