We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our program. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of child development, a commitment to fostering creativity and critical thinking skills, and a dedication to creating a warm and nurturing environment for young children. We are a Reggio-inspired preschool and believe in active, hands-on learning, and our bright, expansive classrooms include a wide variety of authentic, developmentally appropriate materials.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a curriculum that promotes child-led exploration, inquiry, and discovery
• Observe and document children's learning and development using various assessment tools
• Build strong relationships with children and families based on mutual respect and open communication
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement projects and events
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continue growing as an educator

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children
