Our Jacksonville manufacturing facility has about 250 employees operating over three shifts.

JOB SUMMARY

Establishes and maintains non production parts inventory levels and provides a readily available status of current stocking and inbound inventory status. Special focus on repair parts and units out for rebuild.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Establishes and maintains location and quantity accuracy for all MRO crib items .
• Places requisitions in JDE, working with Engineering and Maintenance
• Creates and updates “searchable” parts location and status database
• Coordinates and helps build recommended repair parts list(s) for all departments and systems in production
• Recommends documentation changes (prints, etc.) to account for substitution or engineered changes to repair parts/machine subassemblies
• Helps maintain an updated sourcing strategy for repair parts
• Develops and deploys a disciplined (Fiscal and timely) rebuild strategy for components (pumps, Hipcos, etc.)
• Visible and aligned with Maintenance and Engineering on MTBF and MTTR and stocking levels to support factory

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good working knowledge of the MRO procurement and stocking processes.
• Strong leadership skills with team environments.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Products
• Good organizational and planning skills, some analytical and problem-solving ability and ability to learn quickly and grow within an organization. Ingenuity and creativity a plus duction.
• Ability to interpret prints to aid in equipment reliability/uptime improvements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• AS Degree, minimum HS Degree.
• 2 experience in manufacturing environment necessary in lieu of education.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to lift up to 25lb. Pass hearing test successfully.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to be able to work weekends and holidays when needed.
