We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing portfolio frameworks and managing AI initiatives from initiation to deployment. You will work closely with a PMTO VP to ensure the successful management and completion of project deliverables. Additionally, you will support the Product Technology team in driving projects on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Senior Executives, Tech Leads, Business leads, project sponsors and strategic partners
• Ensure project delivery is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of our strategic objectives
• Communicate status reporting to leadership
• Establish frameworks and structure in any situation that lacks organization.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources, and chair team meetings.
• Act as an advocate for PMTO in applying methodology, processes, and tools for adopting best practices for Project delivery

Requirements

• At least 5 years of established Program/Project Delivery or Program/Project Management experience.
• At least 9 years of demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span multiple lines of business.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports business & IT strategic objectives.

Additional Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills (analytics, pivot tables, formulas, etc)
• 2 years of experience in a Major Consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding and practical application of agile/waterfall methodology
• Proven success in establishing structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives.
• Possess strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Ability to drive consistency across the Project Portfolio
• Experience with ServiceNow, Asana, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Prior experience with Production Technology is a plus.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $76 - $86/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
