Stand 8 is Hiring a Help desk support Near Long Beach, CA

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and more, including internationally in Mexico, India and Japan.

As a Help Desk Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients experiencing technical issues. You will provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to resolve their problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity with a focus on first call resolution
  • Utilize ServiceNow for entering requests and incidents, and to manage service requests
  • Review incidents and requests submitted through the employee portal for accuracy and troubleshoot / resolve or assign to the appropriate technology team
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with employees and record detailed notes of troubleshooting performed and / or resolution
  • Respond to customer emails sent through the Help Desk support inbox and process DigAlerts in-between calls Requirements
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow and other Help Desk related technical tools

The base range for this contract position is $23 - $26 / per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
