Beam Line Machine Operator

Pay: $18 /hr. Depending on experience

Hours: Weekend Shift =Friday-Sunday 5AM-5:30PM OR 5:30PM-5AM

Job Description:

The Beam line machine operator must have demonstrated proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines, including programming and monitoring controls, to execute a variety of tasks such as cutting and punching. This role requires the ability to determine and select appropriate machine procedures, tooling requirements, and control settings. Additionally, adeptness in reading and interpreting blueprints, material planning sheets, sketches, and other technical data is essential for calculating and creating cutting and punching programs with minimal material wastage. Operators must be able to effectively start the machine, monitor displays, and observe machine operation to identify and address any malfunctions, such as worn or damaged cutting tools or punching mechanisms. Furthermore, they should possess the capability to correctly identify and utilize materials as specified in the Bill of Material (BOM).

Minimum one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
