I.D. Products, Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works with Brady associates as extension of business in making phone calls and in-person visits.
  • Works with Account Managers and Customer Service Associates to identify, qualify, and track opportunities.
  • Works closely with Marketing to implement targeted marketing efforts based on business plan.
  • Demonstrates product expertise and educates inside and outside sales on products and applications.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and any technical support in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Understand products and printer to demo and setup at customer facilities.
  • Travel up to 60% in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation are required.
  • 3-4 years of sales experience is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Experience with Brady Printer Software, Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs), and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERPs) are a plus.
