A healthcare company is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team for a 13 week Rapid Response Travel contract in San Pedro, CA! They need a Nurse with a minimum of 1 year recent experience in an acute care facility and a current Registered Nursing License. The Nurse must also have current BLS and ACLS certification. Salary for this job will be $2096 per week .

The successful candidate will be familiar with medical software and equipment , with the ability to build rapport with patients and to thrive in a fast-paced environment . Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills are necessary. Applicants should be able to listen and understand information and ideas quickly .

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring patients for reactions or side effects
• Recording patients' medical information and vital signs
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Consulting and coordinating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
