The Client Services Supervisor oversees, leads, and trains CSRs, playing a collaborative role in shaping staff behaviors, maintaining standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and assess the daily operations of the Client Services Team providing regular performance-related feedback.
- Understanding of Business Unit strategies and initiatives and how they relate to the daily functions of the Client Services Team.
- Assist customer service team with duties as needed.
- Train team in areas of customer service and company policies
- Manage coverage and order management to ensure proficient service.
- Investigate and solve customer complaints.
- Maintain all SOPs and process documents.
- Assign workload and set workflow priorities, handle exceptions, resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance of all processes and policies
- Manage new customer set up and onboarding process (including EDI & Etex).
- Coach, mentor, support and encourage team.
- Review and approve weekly payroll and PTO requests.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 Years Supervisor or related experience in Client Services or related field.
- Experience within B2B Client and Sales Support Model and/ or Hospitality industry preferred.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred: Salesforce and JD Edwards - Enterprise 1 System knowledge.
- Excellent organizational, time management, relationship building and verbal/written communication skills.
