DevOps, CI/CD, and TDD are foundational assumptions. We are a Python/Django shop with React front ends, Databricks as our data platform, Tableau as a BI tool, and AWS as our infrastructure. Most on the team come from a background in large distributed systems in a retail environment. Role DescriptionThis role will lead our data engineering team reporting to the VP Technology. This is a lead-level, hands-on technical role with leadership responsibilities. We’re looking for an experienced technical contributor who lead other engineers from the front, propose, plan, and execute initiatives, and drive operational excellence.
