Summary/Objective
The Receptionist is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical duties.
Essential Functions
1. Answers telephones and properly routes calls to the appropriate person and/or takes messages. Greets visitors.
2. Tracks and logs information such as truck repairs, driver logs, driver’s licenses, insurance, annual inspections and other required documents for company’s fleet.
3. Assists Operations Manager with required safety training for employees and training documentation.
4. Assists with clerical duties such as photocopying, emails and filing. Updates files as needed. Orders, receives, stocks and distributes office supplies.
5. Other duties as assigned.
