This role requires on-site attendance on the Roseville, CA campus for Tuesdays and Wednesdays at a minimum.

Participates as a member of a Testing Team.
Utilizing the testing methodology, applies specialization to develop a Test Plan for a test level to be executed for a project, as specified in the Testing Strategy for the project.
Develop a System Test Plan based on Requirements and Functional Design of the system change.
Assists in the preparation of estimates for the performance of the various activities defined in the Test Plan.
Designs complex testing scenarios and test cases that will demonstrate conformance to all functional and non-functional requirements, relative to the test level, as defined in business or technical specifications.
Executes System Test, documents System Test Results.
Leads reviews of System Test Plan and System Test Results. Follows deliverable submission process and is responsible for submitting System Test Plan and System Test Results deliverables.

At least 3 years of testing experience with expertise in either Mainframe or Midrange (i.e. modern software applications (.NET, Java, etc...) systems. Strong Manual/Functional testing experience; Healthcare, Medicaid testing preferred.
SQL, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), Defect Management
Ability to write Test Plans & Test Cases; Execute test cases and track Defects.
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills are necessary.
