Researches, designs, develops, operates and maintains support services for existing and new
business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of
technical and business requirements per System Development Life Cycle methodology.
Includes identification, development and prioritization of support services according to
business criticality. Applications and information systems solutions are internally developed
applications. Responsibilities include analysis of business requirements, creation of
documentation, testing and maintenance of applications * Demonstrated experience in defining and analyzing business requirements with clients.
* Demonstrated experience in the development of System Test Plans.
* Demonstrated experience in claims processing. Knows how to enter claim data and how the claim the processes.
* Demonstrated experience in the creation of Systems Life Cycle documentation (i.e. Requirements documents, user documentation, etc.)
* Medicaid experience is highly desirable, along with exposure to mainframe environments and legacy systems. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience: 5 years
