It includes:

 Responsible for the compilation and processing of direct, indirect tax and property tax returns,

supporting schedules, forms and worksheets and working with external consultants, as

necessary.

 Ensure all tax liabilities are identified and paid by the due-dates and be up to date with the tax

compliance calendar.

 Analyze and maintain tax records and perform tax account reconciliations.

 Research tax issues and provide appropriate recommendations.

 Work along with AP team in facilitating timely payments of taxes.

 Work on special tax projects and other duties as assigned.

 Team with internal and cross-functional teams in gathering and analyzing information required in

the performance of duties to ensure consistent reporting.

 Responsibilities may include extracting and analyzing data from internal systems, Statutory

Annual Statement, and other financial documents.

 Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies.

 Manage the preparation of annual and quarterly federal and state tax compliance.

 Utilize appropriate tools to obtain data necessary to support tax calculations, tax payments and

related journal entries.
