Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a dual-role capacity, splitting time equally between Customer Retention and Merchandising. This position is integral to our efforts in enhancing customer loyalty while ensuring our online store is accurately merchandised and optimized. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Retention Marketing, Merchandising, and the Global Supply Chain (GSC), to support key business initiatives.

What You'll Do

Retention:
- Build and test email campaigns targeting the US and Canadian markets.
- Lead the execution of the Zodiac series emails and other sustainment campaigns as assigned by the Assistant Retention Manager.
- Support Notify Me reporting and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Ignite launches.
- Track and report weekly campaign-level performance metrics.
- Provide landing page support for retention-focused campaigns, ensuring that collection landing pages are built and optimized before email traffic is directed to them.

Merchandising:
- Support the process of removing sold-out and non-replenishable products from the site.
- Oversee the re-merchandising of collections by combing the site and updating sold-out items.
- Partner with the GSC on new product setups to ensure Product Detail Page (PDP) accuracy at launch.
- Manage the site issue ticket queue, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Lead efforts to tag sale products and merchandise sale collections.

- A highly organized individual with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of tasks and sees them through to completion.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, especially in data management and content presentation.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others and can communicate effectively across departments.

Experience and Education
- Previous experience in email marketing, customer retention, or merchandising is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and product management.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with project management and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

The hourly pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
