Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Material Replenishment Coordinator to join theteam, based at our site in Andover on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This position requires working the early shift from Monday to Thursday 05 : 45 - 14 : 00 and Friday : 05 : 45 - 12 : 15

As a Material Replenishment Coordinator , you will support the Stannah Stairlift Manufacturing by ensuring that productivity is at its most efficient with regards to part availability.

You will be responsible for transporting parts and the housekeeping of empty kanban bins, ensuring they are sorted and delivered to the correct location.

You will be able to demonstrate that you can work in a proactive way, with good teamwork and engage in identifying problems and offering a proactive approach to solutions.

Ideally you will have worked in a modern manufacturing environment and worked to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Transport parts to customers within the required timescales
• Housekeeping of empty kanban stillages / bins / racks returned by Pick and Pack / NSI, ensuring they are sorted and delivered to the correct location
• Ensure parts are delivered to the correct location in readiness for dispatch
• Demonstrate an immediate response time to stock out issues
• Take part in the annual stock take
• Be pro-active in the continuous improvement of the material control process and the working environment.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

• Forklift License is desirable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate Excel, Word, Teams
• Good standard of basic education
