We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Brenham facility.

Available Shifts:

Third shift 11pm-7am

Wage: $13-$17/hr

Benefits: Eligible after 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Verify order receipts and invoices for payment of all raw material in Brenham.
• Verify and issue ‘non-auto-issue’ raw materials to open work orders; questioning discrepancies and ensuring proper traceability.
• Verify, correct or delete inventory tags in operational database as required by production.
• Generate traceability tags for raw materials as needed.
• Transfer raw materials inventory between multiple warehouse locations in operational database.
• Adjust inventory in operational database as required by production.
• Generate purchase orders to transfer raw materials inventory between Smithville and Brenham locations.
• Maintain all paperwork (packing slips, trip sheets, invoices) for Brockton Trucking Company.
• Process all purchase orders and invoices in timely fashion and prior to month end deadlines.
• Read and respond daily to emails.
• Knowledge of HACPP, SQF and GMP’s as it relates to packaging environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• High school Education (minimum grade 12).
• Visual manufacturing operating system – desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, written and verbal.

What will help you perform the job?

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel and lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to adapt to changing climate conditions, air-borne particles and noisy conditions.
• Must be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (hairnet, ear plugs, safety glasses, steel toed boots/shoes).
• Must be able to work full time hours.
• Excellent attendance is required.
