Your OpportunityYour role will be to provide fully qualified administrative and invoicing support to our Maryland Transportation team based in either our Laurel or Baltimore office. The initial six months may be spent within our client’s organization as imbedded staff. We are looking for a resourceful, organized and committed individual who can contribute to our team’s continued growth and success.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares correspondence, proposals, reports, schedules, minutes, spreadsheets, presentations, database lists, specifications, and contracts.
  • Organizes, attends, and prepares meeting minutes including the coordination and tracking of action items and deliverables.
  • Prepares client invoices
  • Creates and maintains project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Processes expense reports, orders, timecards etc.
  • Manages calendars, schedules meetings, books meetings rooms.
  • Coordinates travel itineraries and arrangements.
  • Assists with document control including filing and archiving.
  • Performs other administrative duties as required.
QualificationsYour Capabilities and Credentials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed.
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations and/or people.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project experience a plus.
Education And Experience
  • High School Diploma with minimum of 2 years’ experience
Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
