This team is the forward face of the Sponsor that receives mission partner requirements, starts projects, and manages those projects through the Sponsor’s work processes to bring the requirement to fruition and continually ensures the mission partner provides the funding each quarter for the projects/services. Each contractor manages a portfolio of mission partners as an account manager and must represent the Sponsor to the highest degree of professionalism through daily interactions with each mission partner, all while maintaining and continually improving the health of the relationship between the Sponsor and the mission partner agency. As part of evaluating each bandwidth requirement, the contractor must evaluate all options available to meet the mission needs and provide the mission partner cost estimates, timelines, and continuous updates as the Sponsor works to meet the requirement. More specifically, as a member of the CAM Team, the candidate shall:
a) Manage a portfolio of mission partners as an account manager.
b) Evaluate bandwidth requirements and provide the mission partner cost estimates, timelines, and continuous updates as the Sponsor works to meet the requirement. The Sponsor will provide oversight.
c) Provide frequent contact with customers, traceability within program documents, and the overall computing environment and architecture.
d) Gather and evaluate customer requirements and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, systems and network requirements for Sponsor consideration.
e) Provide traceability between program documents, the overall computing environment, and architecture.
f) Prepare milestone status reports and deliverables to the Sponsor.
g) Prepare presentations on the status of customer requirements to Sponsor management, colleagues, and end user representatives.
h) Update BOM, BOE, travel cost, and hardware cost estimates in ServiceNow. The Sponsor will provide oversight. Ideal Candidate will have the following Skills/Background:

-BS/BA in Business Information Technology or relevant field; graduate degree in Business Information Technology or other field is preferred
