*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. If you have a passion for retail and leadership, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities* - Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team - Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive revenue growth - Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance - Handle cash register operations and ensure cash handling procedures are followed - Support with scheduling, shift management, and timekeeping *Qualifications* - Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in wireless sales - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team - Proficiency in retail math and inventory management - Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Experience in recruiting, training development, and performance management is a plus - Multilingual abilities are advantageous If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for retail and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Retail Assistant Manager.
