On-Site position: Amarillo, Texas

About your role as a Store Leader:

  • You will manage a profitable and growing business which leads the market through innovative and affordable products and services.
  • You will set the example through our company values and will encourage your team to endorse our mission of making eye care easy.
  • You will foster partnership and teamwork amongst your staff and will develop associates to become the best version of themselves.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper staffing at the store by, including but not limited to, direct recruiting and partnering with recruiting department, when needed, to fill the vacancies.
  • Train new team members, assure that they have a warm welcome and are provided with the necessary tools to perform their job to customer expectations.
  • Train and develop store associates based on their performance and career expectations to build a robust career succession plan
  • Deliver key performance indicators by inspiring associates to provide a customer service experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Own your store’s overall business to drive efficiency and increase sales by analyzing daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving their goals

Clinical Duties:

  • Ensure proper lab production so that “Now Service” and “Ready When Promised” are achieved
  • Merchandise the sales floor to ensure that all products are stocked, clean, and displayed to maximize sales.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory management system throughout the entire sales process
  • Ensure all safety programs are implemented and maintained consistently per standards
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate recordkeeping

Qualifications:

  • You have demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
  • You have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Demonstrated competency with computer applications, including Google applications and the Microsoft Office package.
  • You’re knowledgeable regarding talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes.
  • Having a valid ABO/NCLE Certification is preferred.
