Job Description:
As an IT Apprentice at Stanton Sofas/Pacific Motion you will embark on a hands-on learning journey under the guidance of an IT professional. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of IT operations, systems administration, installation of equipment and technical support within a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
- Provide technical support and assistance.
- Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
- Install cameras at elevated heights on high structures.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Creating and maintaining tools for users through Excel, Crystal Reports, and SAP. (on the job training provided)
- Write bug tickets that effectively describe issues when a problem is outside of your expertise.

- Write bug tickets that effectively describe issues when a problem is outside of your expertise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish) 70% - Understand 50% - Conversational
- Must be able to lift/push/pull 35 - 50 lbs
