Job Summary:
Join our team at Star Beauty as a Customer Service Manager (CSM) responsible for leading and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our valued customers. As a CSM, you will oversee team operations and uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Store hours:
Mon-Thur: 9:30am - 7:30pm
Fri-Sat: 9:00am - 8:00pm
Roles of CSM
* communicate courteously with customers to find out their needs.
* provide help to each customers based on their needs or questions.
* investigate and find solutions for customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
* keep accurate records of communications with customers to improve quality of customer service.
* analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service you or sales staffs are providing.
* lead or supervise sales staffs so they can reach their full potential
*setup customer service goals for each members and help them/guide them to reach their goals.
* train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
* improve customer service procedures, policies and standards if needed.
* meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements on the level of customer service.
* help manage staff recruitment and appraisals
* learn about new products and services to keep your knowledge up to date.
Requirements
* at least one year of customer service experience.
* professional telephone voice/manner
* ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
* must be flexible, spontaneous, and able to deal with unexpected.
* ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
* able to maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Skills:
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Project management skills to set goals and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with customers and lead staff.
- Strong leadership qualities to motivate and supervise sales teams.
- Customer service expertise to enhance overall satisfaction levels.
