We are passionate about our calling and only have our patient's best interests in mind as we serve and implement the plan of care. We are looking for a Full Time CNA for hospice and home health care. Our nurses are dedicated, compassionate people with a heart of gold for the patients and their families who guide them through the final journey of life. The Ideal candidate would be a professional and a caregiver to our patients and families, having excellent communication skills, the ability to listen and discuss matters of daily living for the patient and family, as well as make decisions in the best interest of our patients in accordance with the plan of care, and be able to explain important issues and procedures with the family. The candidate will be trained to support and deliver quality care.

Requirements
Ideal Candidates will:

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant - CNA in the state(s) of practice
• Current BLS Hands-on certification and TB test
