Customer Sales and Support Representative – Bilingual (Spanish)

We are seeking a Customer Sales and Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a strong attention to detail. This role involves providing sales assistance and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and sales transactions.

• Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.

• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

• Uphold company policies and procedures while always delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help people.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
