- Position Performance Objectives
- Review and process invoices per department's schedule including, but not limited to, live checks and electronic payments.
- Monitor cash balances on General Ledger for assigned properties.
- Follow the monthly accounting calendar for each property.
- Prepare weekly accounts payable, in-house and through AvidXchange.
- Communicate with vendors on a regular basis and research A/P discrepancies.
- Support on-site managers for accounting needs and inquiries.

- Experience Requirements:
- AA degree in Accounting (minimum)
- Completion of certified accounting courses
- Minimum of 2 years' similar experience
- Familiar with accounting principles
- Rent Manager or Yardi experience is a plus
- Property management industry experience is beneficial
