- Enter invoices and process for payment.
- Review, match, and bill customers for progress payments upon receipt of invoices.
- Perform Home Depot master account reconciliation and bill back customers.
- Perform bank reconciliation for all cash accounts.
- Maintain vendors records.
- Administrative duties as needed and assigned.
- Physical Requirements
- Has the ability to work at the corporate office in front of a computer screen/typing approximately 90% of a typical working day;
- Has the ability to bend, reach and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30 pounds Perform simple and power grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
